In a World where everything around us seems to be mechanized and de-humanized, supporting true artisans and craftspeople is becoming increasingly important. As many traditional skills and crafts are being lost, it is paramount we acknowledge and support such artisans, without exploitation. Global ethical trading is necessarily essential - People matter. Desn’t the perDoson who saved the life of the President of the United States deserve a name? We know the name of the woman who attempted to assassinate Gerald Ford, Sara Jane Moore. Although we still know little about her, she has an identity. But what about the ByStander? Just recently, I received a letter from a pastor who was upset because of what I had written in my article in the May Issue of our Evangelist Magazine. I was pointing out how the ministers of today have no problem misusing Passages of Scripture to support their own agendas.
